Below are some logistical deets to make sure you get your coats on time for Halloween or whenever you need them. If you have any more specific questions after reading the below, just contact us and we're usually pretty quick on the replies.
Our normal shipping times
- We ship coats out every business day, Monday-Friday. So if you place an order, it will ship either same-day or by the following business day.
- Our Free Shipping option is usually via UPS Ground. Best bet is to assume 5 business days to get to the east coast, and 1-3 business days to the west coast, and 3-4 business days for everywhere in between.
- Email us if you have specific timing requirements.
To get a coat delivered on Halloween:
- Bay Area folks: believe it or not, you can still get free shipping for Halloween! If you place your order by Wed. 10/30 at 12pm PT and select the Free Ground Shipping option, your coat will be delivered on Halloween.
- Everyone not located in the Bay Area: you have until Wed. 10/30 at 12pm PT to place an order with UPS Next Day Air shipping and have your coat arrive on Halloween (Thursday 10/31).
